Unconditional positive regard for others - in speech and action

We have ZERO tolerance for bullying, or ‘mean on purpose’ behaviour’

Respect staff by listening and following instructions

Arrive punctually to class ( at least 10 minutes before)

Wear the appropriate dance attire and hairstyle for your dance style

Jewellery not to be worn in class- simple earrings allowed

Mobile phones not to be in class. No filming others without permission
-
No sharing of choreography without the permission of the Director

Keep the spaces neat and tidy

Work hard and have fun!
POLICY REGARDING ONLINE CONDUCT & USE OF THE STUDIO NAME
At Stage Door Academy, we are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment — both in person and online .
To protect our community and our studio we would like to re-iterate the following:

The Stage Door Academy name, logo, or imagery must not be used in any unofficial group chats, social media pages, or online forums.

Whilst we understand students stay connected outside of class, any issues that arise in private media online chats or on social media are not managed by Stage Door Academy.

Our duty of care applies to behaviour that occurs during studio activities or in settings directly connected to the Academy - competitions, concerts, shows.

All mobile phones are to be kept in lockers for troupe students. Those who do not have a locker must either leave their phone at home or place it in our lockbox at the front desk on arrival. They may collect their phone as they leave.
